I love taking some of these speechs that are said this week and analyze them. I am thinking that the hyprocisy done on behalf of the democrats is just amazing. It stands out like a some serious blackheads.

Making the free speech area.
Giving homeless free haircuts
Giving homeless free zoo passes.

Anything to get rid of the poor.

I guess this is how the dems will take care of proverty.

All we will get is the god apollo speaking on high from devner.

Teaching With Dolls

What I find amamzing is the things that some teachers use to teach. I recently met a life skills teacher who will use dollhouses to help students learn.

Some of the things are keeping room done. Moving stuff around. The teacher will even mess a house around to keep students on thier toes.

Needs in School

I am wanting a television in the classroom. I am really wanting a nice big TV with a nice HDMI switch for my computer. Of course for the amount of power that i would draw I always wonder how much that affects things.

This way I can show Power Points and movies in style. I always have a problem with doing power points, that are for people in the back.

Trades

If you really need to make some extra money as a teacher. You can always try some futures trading on oil. Oil seems to be a good investment . . . at least for now.

Just remember it takes time and homework to do well in trading. Even in stocks.

Getting IT Done

One of the nice things about working in an ALT school is that I have a real nice setup. I have all my work on PDFs. I can then place the student's name on the header of the PDF and then send it to the printers and have everything sorted.

Lions, Secondhand

I usually do not wrote about movies. However, I saw a really good one the other day.

Secondhand Lions.

This is a really good movie that I so enjoyed watching. The movie goes back to a time prior to external hard drive when a kid is dropped off with his two crazy uncles.

The goal is to find the millions of dollars they have, at least that is what is for the mom.

This movie has good charachters. Good qualities. Good for kids. There is a great back story that is reveled throughout the movie. Just a great movie.

Getting Ready for August

Well I am sure many of you are retuning from your Orlando vacations and are getting ready to teach.

For you first year teachers dress your room nicely. Remember it is your room and should reflect how think and what you like. Your room should reflect your personaility. Your students will like this as it helps the students know you.

For those of you who are first year teachers, you are getting ready. Now most of you are recent college grads who are about 22 years old. Please be careful what you wear. Be conservative.

Even your first days of all the meetings. Wear bluejueas. If you wear something from Shirley of Hollywood you could have issues.
